Georgian plane downed by South Ossetia

"Georgian unmanned spy plane shot down earlier in the day over the territory of South Ossetia" says Mikhail Minzaev, Interior Minister of the Ossetian Republic.

Anatoly Nogovitsin, deputy head of the Russian armed forces, added that the drone was monitoring movements of Russian troops in violation of peace agreements.
