17 qassams and 3 GRAD missiles against Israeli civilians

Hamas has stepped up its rocket attacks with no less than 20 rockets launched at Israeli locations on Tuesday, including 3 Grad rockets at the coastal city of Ashkelon. Six people were injured by the second Palestinian missile salvo of the day from Gaza. A school building and some houses were damaged and electricity was cut off in parts of Sderot. There were no casualties in Ashkelon.

During the day, four Palestinian missiles damaged two factories in Sderot and Palestinian sharpshooters fired at farmers in the fields of Kibbutz NirOz, where a volunteer was shot dead three weeks ago. Another two Qassams were fired south at the KeremShalom crossing, one falling on the Egyptian side of the border.

The two suicide bombers who attacked Dimona Monday, Feb. 4, have been identified at a Fatah-al Aqsa Brigadesnews conference in Gaza as MussaMahmoudArafat, 22, from Absan, Gaza Strip, a member of the Popular Front, and LouisLahuani, 24, from Sabra, GazaCity, member of the Aqsa Brigades. Both reached Dimona from the Gaza Strip through Egyptian territory.

The Fatah spokesmen named their suicide mission "Assuring the Faithful", which recalls Hizballah's name for the 2006 LebanonWar"Assurance for the Faithful", indicating their links with Hizballah.

Meanwhile Hamas claims that the bombers came from Hebron and that they are Hamas members. It seems as though every terrorist group wants to claim responsibility for the dastardly act.
