Russia delivers anti-aircraft missile batteries to Libya, Syria and Venezuela

The Russian government started to deliver streamlined anti-aircraft missile batteries Pechora 2-M to seven countries, including Egypt, Libya, Syria and Venezuela, under an agreement for USD 250 million, reported on Friday Russian daily newspaper Vedomosti. The agreement "entered into force last week and the industry started to execute it," said the business daily, quoting a source of arms seller Rossiiskié Technologuii, AFP reported.
