MOSCOW, Sept 18 (KUNA) -- Russia has earmarked USD 10 billion worth of urgent aid for the Palestinian people, the foreign ministry announced on Thursday. The ministry spokesman said in a statement that the earmarked funds would be used for teaching and medical care. Moscow allocated the humanitarian assistance in response to an appeal by the Quartet.
