"NATO delivering arms to Georgia": Sergey Lavrov

Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov, said that NATO countries are starting new arms deliveries to Georgia, RIA Novosti reports.

"According to our information, they are even beginning to deliver new types of weapons, restoring a military infrastructure that was used for the aggression of South Ossetia " -- Sergey Lavrov said, noting that "cynicism and hypocrisy of those who back (Saakashvili) are simply prohibitive."
Meanwhile, Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili convened a National Security Council in connection with the recognition of independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia, where he will give his assessment of RF action. The meeting of the National Security Council will take place shortly. (Komsomolskaya Pravda)
