Russian Foreign Ministry statement on Georgian leadership

"There is no doubt that the regime of Mikhail Saakashvili does not correspond to the high standards set by the world community. Russia, announcing feelings of sincere friendship and sympathy to the Georgian people, is confident that sooner or later they will find decent leaders, who will be able to truly care about them and mutually develop a just country, with good-neighbourly relations with all peoples of the Caucasus. Russia will be ready to contribute fully to this, "- says the document.
